Zagreb

Welcome to the capital city of Croatia, Zagreb 🇭🇷. It is situated in the northern part of Croatia, near the border with Slovenia. It has around 800 000 population. The most famous pedestrian street is Tkalciceva. It has also a beautiful cathedral. Take your time, and enjoy in Zagreb. I will number a few points in the city that should be visited.
Our tour started from King Tomislav Square, which is a bustling plaza in the center of Zagreb’s Lower Town. It is surrounded with beautiful gardens and great architecture.
Bana Jelacic Square is the main square, it is part of a pedestrian street.
Saint Mark’s church ⛪️ is located in Gornji Grad also known as Gradec. Unfortunately it wasn’t open when we were there. It has a specific, colorful and unique Roof. It is situated in the central of Saint Mark’s square, around it you can find Ban’s Palace and Croatian Parliament.
Tkalciceva Street is the main pedestrian street, here you could sit in one of the caffees and pubs, try local food and drinks.
